A dungeon room of four cards: a banshee, a healing potion, a fungal horror and a rusted blade

Three floors of cards

Every room deals four cards: monsters, potions and blades. Face three and the fourth waits for the next room, or slip away and meet the whole room later.

Your blade dulls with every kill, so the order you fight in decides whether you walk out.

Inspired by Scoundrel, the solitaire dungeon by Zach Gage and Kurt Bieg.

The Shadow Master above a match-3 board of blades, vials, skulls, eyes and coins

The throne

At the bottom, the fight becomes a duel on a board of tiles. Match blades to wound him, vials to heal, and eyes to charge your Shadow Power.

Keep one eye on his count. Every few moves, he strikes back.
